Terry in the front office was very friendly, responsive, thoroughly, and timely. We were out of water completely and Petersheim came out within days to drill the new well! (getting necessary permits completed and everything!). The drilling crew was very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell they really cared about their job and delivering the best results and experience for their customers! I wouldn't call anyone else for your well drilling/new installation needs!

My pressure tank failed and was leaking. I called about this and was very pleased to hear that they were able to come out same day and replace the pressure tank. The job was done well and they guys that did the work were pleasant and professional. Thank you for the super quick response to my need.

Terry in the front office was very friendly and understanding to my plumbing needs. At first I was scheduled for some work since I still had active plumbing. But over the holiday I lost all water pressure so I had to call to see if I could get schedule sooner than what I had already planned. Josh was out to my house within the hour of talking to Terry in the front office. They had my pressure issues fixed same day!! I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything was handled from start to finish. I will be referring them to anyone who requires water/plumbing services!!!

I called the emergency number for Petersheim when my well pump died and left 2 messages with their paging service indicating I would get a return call.....no call. Called the next morning. Work scheduled. Workers never came, was told job ran long...ok.. Told next morning team would arrive at 8am. Planned to leave work a little late....Arrived over 2 hours later than I was told. Workers made huge ruts in my yard and miscommunicated every detail. Received a call from Josh to acknowledge shortcomings. Was told he'd send me a check to compensate for their issues. Never received anything. A man is only as good as his word.......

Petersheim saved the day! Sunday night I discovered we had no water pressure. I called 3 different plumbers and left messages on the emergency lines- and Petersheim was the only one who called back. They reported to my house first thing Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and I got my water back up and running. The entire crew were respectful and professional. I'd recommend Petersheim to anyone!
