In July I was referred to Sam by a contractor working on my house who had used him himself. I said I wanted the underside of roof covered with closed cell spray foam insulation and gave Sam the flat attic floor measurements - the referring contractor said Sam would figure out the roof square footage from that number. I got a price for that and a price for removal of old insulation. I never received paperwork, no contract, nothing to sign. Day of job Sam and workers were very nice. It was extremely hot and they worked hard. I was working in home office when they left.
