Timmy Pearson had discovered that our sewer line had been compromised by tree roots and that section of line required replacing and adding a two-way clean out. Within 3 days of that discovery an estimate for work and material had been prepared, reviewed and approved by the customer and the project started and completed between 8am and 3pm. The work as well as customer relation was acceptable in every way.

We had a great experience with Peterson and their technician Josh. I really appreciate that they’re a small, local business, and the level of service reflected that. Josh was extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting our plumbing issue, gave us a fair and transparent quote, and did excellent work completing the repair. Communication throughout the process was top-notch, and he went above and beyond by helping us understand how to more efficiently use our home energy system (solar, heat pump mini-splits, and boiler for in-floor and baseboard heating). He was also genuinely pleasant and easy to work with, which always makes a big difference. We’ll absolutely use Peterson again and plan to sign up for a service agreement this spring. Highly recommend.

William and the technician with him did a fantastic job on our emergency furnace replacement. They were fast, polite and respectful while doing work in our home. Their quote was thorough and very competitive against the two other quotes we got. Peterson plumbing responded very quickly to my urgent, not emergency, request for a plumber. John communicated well and let us know when he was on his way. John was super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed our problem. He went above and beyond making sure everything in the bathtub was working as it should.
