I got my countertop replaced by Mike, Chris and Tom, and their service was top notch, I cannot recommend them enough. Chris was super helpful but not pushy in selecting the material and bent over backwards to be helpful..Tom templated the kitchen with great care and discussed all the details so I was confident the decisions were the right ones. The result was a a super high quality result, I cannot thank you enough, Tom! All were easy to work with and responsive to chat. Oh and they delivered on time as promised

We have had a phenomenal experience working with Chris and the Petragagni team on remodeling our primary bathroom. Gorgeous showroom with a wide selection. Chris is like having a designer with you for every step of the experience. All the marble is stunning and the customer service is fantastic. They are so kind and communicative, going above and beyond to help. Next up is our kitchen with their team, and we couldn’t be more excited.

I had a short piece of 4" granite backsplash that I needed an inch cut off of, and didn't have the tool to do it myself, so thought I would take it to these guys to see if they could make a quick cut. I knew it would be a 10-second job, but I was going to insist on paying them $20 just for helping me out. When I took them the piece, they told me that they would charge me $125 to make this simple cut! I quickly apologized for taking their time, and left. I then took the piece over to McGrory in Kennett, and my experience there couldn't have been more opposite. Scott at McGrory was very friendly and helpful, and had me follow one of his guys back to a saw where it took him literally five seconds to make the cut. Terrible company who have out dated tools and lack of respect to minorities and people in general. I would never go here again the place is ran terribly i know a few individuals who quit working here because they don't know how to talk to people do not put your money in this company they aren't worth it

these people have no clue how to manage their business. Poor follow up. Poor customer skills. My experience was a nightmare. I strongly DO NOT recommend them.
