Very happy with service and the company. The office folks are professional, polite, and know their business very well. John is amazing. He is kind, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He has been servicing several homes in our neighborhood for years, and is new for us. Our neighborhoods recommend them and John. The company is local, very professional, and reasonably priced. We feel really lucky to have found them. Our last pest control lady was with us for 25 years, so it was a solid find for us to take over the service. Highly recommend them.

Dakota is the best pest control guy for the Job. I had a mother raccoon and 4 babies and not only did he Catch all them . He gave Me great Customer service. I reached out to Michael who was also Very pleasant and very Customer service friendly, and He was very open and honest about what’s gonna transpire and how the job was gonna get done. Used to be such a great company. We’ve been using them for 25 years. Personalized service, local office, great technician ….now you’re just praying you don’t have a problem because all you get to do is talk to somebody in a call center who assures you somebody will call you back within 48 hours…. Not the kind of service we’re looking for. I am sure the call Center saves a lot of money, but it also translates into terrible customer service and not the level of service We’ve been accustomed for. Thank God this is how Florida and there are plenty of local pest control companies who will be happy to talk to us in person and not give us a runaround despite all the money we’ve been spending for the last 25 years.

Long review. please read. Be warned. ... On December 29th we found out that we had some bed bugs. We moved the bed to outside. Then we removed electrical face plates and put bedbug powder in the outlets. We then called our sales rep at Petri pest control She came out the next day , looked at furniture we put outside and confirmed we have bedbugs. She quoted $1,000.00 to treat 2 rooms ($500.00 each room) The rooms are approximately 12 feet by 10 feet each. The next day 2 "techs" arrived at our house. When they arrived there were no signs of bed bugs. (No infestation) They sprayed the base boards, dusted outlets... I had already removed face plates and dusted and they put a spray on carpet in 1 of the rooms. They were at my house 12 minutes. They did not have to move any furniture. The bed w
