My delivery driver today: Almost delivered to the wrong house! Thank goodness my landlord was alerted by his “Ring” camera!!! My landlord contacted me to warn me of the mistake about to happen via text messages today! Me and my landlord share the same numerical address, yet my address has an added description. It has the color of my house…totally different from my landlord’s house!!! TOTALLY!!! I use it for mailing and ALL deliveries! When you’re supposed to deliver oil, and the description of your home is within the address that has been given to you! And you placed special instructions to clarify, just as a backup! And today’s driver still couldn’t figure it out, even with ALL the details provided to him! I ask you, HOW!? You have to be a special kind of person, to have that much informa

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!!!!!! I had a contract with them for a 1 year and had to make 2 service calls ( paid out of pocket) because they never came to deliver meanwhile we have automatic deliveries as stated per the contract. I had to be on top of calling them to come and they never came the day they said. Made a lot of promises on deliveries that were not delivered. I have a newborn and can’t run the risk of no heat this winter. On top of that they are pricer than other oil companies. Go somewhere else save your money.

Terrible company. They were charging my 81 year old mother $4.95 per gallon on oil when everyone else is from $2.89 to $3.10 per gallon. And when I questioned them about it they said it's the cost of doing business and they did nothing wrong. I recommend you don't do business with these people

I recently used Petro Home Services to convert from oil to propane, replacing an old oil furnace with an on-demand unit that hangs on the wall and I also had them install a ductless air conditioner (mini split) at the same time. I highly recommend Petro. Everyone involved in the process was exceptional, very professional and knowledgeable. The sales person assessed the situation and submitted a quote with different options; the scheduling team efficiently managed all the various installers, equipment deliveries, city inspection and environmental company (to remove the old oil tank). Each person/team involved in all the different phases of this project was on time, kept me updated at all times, cleaned the area up before leaving each day, completed the work safely, made sure that everything

STAY AWAY ALERT!! This company has the highest oil prices in town and harasses their customers by calling and texting none stop to replenish your oil tank every 20 days. They also have their drivers trespass into your property without any approved appointment to check your oil tank meter. Since they were coming frequently and dropping off hundreds of dollars worth of oil, I had to buy locks for my tank. At this point they have called me so many times with different numbers that I will close account to be at peace. If you know about great customer service, this is NOT THE WAY.
