Last fill the charged me $4.669 per gallon when market rate was around $3.30. They have been grossly overcharging me for months. I trusted them when they said they'd give me competitive market rates. It's on me for not checking but it's a huge violation of my trust. Tech came out yesterday because my igniter was bad. Walked in and before he even opened the boiler he told me he wanted to change the controller for over $400. Then he opened it roughly, ripped out the nozzle, told me it was dirty and seemed REALLY annoyed to even be in my house. 5 minutes later he walks out, gets his tablet and said the total was well over $600. Skimmed over what he did, seemed annoyed when I asked him how much he charged me and I found out he replaced the nozzle and charged me $119 for the $20 part that

I recently had an issue with the vent whistle on my heating oil tank, which prevented the delivery driver from being able to fill it. I want to extend a sincere thank-you to Matt for the outstanding service he provides every time he’s dispatched to my home. His knowledge, professionalism, and respectfulness are always evident. He clearly explains the issue, walks me through what needs to be done, and completes the work with care and precision. Horrible! Please. Do yourself a favor and try to find a different company. They overcharged us. We requested a service and they cancelled on the day of the service. And then one day after overcharged us. And when you call to ask about the price they said that they charge more because of the service they offer to the clients LOL WHICH SERVICE?????????? PLEASE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Customer service is horrible! They don't return phone calls. I spoke to someone about hooking up a new appliance. (4 times) The last call was 9-17-25. Its now 10-1-25 and I tried again. I was told some one will return my call. Hasn't happened. Very dissapointed

These folks get 5 stars! I have only been with them for a year and a half for propane services. Great pricing and service. Mary, very accommodating in the office, and Matt, a hard working trooper in the field. They both went above and beyond to help me satisfy an issue with my home owners insurance for what we all called crazy! Matt needed to come out twice and I feel he really didn’t have to. It wasn’t easy and he did it professionally. I felt like I was cared about as a customer. Also, hats off for the dedicated delivery drivers. Give em a shot, you shall not be disappointed!
