This review is for steam system expert Joe! (Tech #ED063) He is the fifth Petro technician to come to my home to fix the same issue with my steam air vents spewing water on my one pipe steam system (2013 natural gas fired, steam boiler, 1930 steam pipes and convectors, 2022 condensate pipes). Joe (and 4th tech Larry) determined that the pressure was set too high. He replaced the pressure control, cleaned the pipe to the pressure control, cleaned the probe for the LWCO (so autofill will work properly), cleaned the valves leading to and replaced the sight glass, removed the water from the boiler and replaced it, and replaced a leaking air vent. I have been a long time customer. When I have had issues with my heating system, I was able to speak to a rep on the phone pretty quickly. It would be a few hours for a technician to come out. On February 2, I received an email that I had an upcoming delivery. On February 8, I ran out of oil. I called the service line at 8:30 pm. I waited on hold for 2 hours. Then I chose the "we will hold your place in line and call you back option." It is now 2:25 am and I have not yet spoken to anyone at Petro. I understand that there are probably many others with issues, and it might take awhile for a technician. However not being able to speak to someone on the phone for over 6 hours is unacceptable. Update: It was 12 hours before anyone called back. The representative who spoke to me was rather rude

Keasbey NJ at 1140am truck 1114 cuts me off to get to his exit, does not stop at RR tracks. At red light gets into left lane, then cuts me off again to get into right lane and again does not stop at RR tracks. Who drives a hazmat truck like that. This coming from a CDL instructor. Absolutely disappointed with @petro. To give a bit of a breakdown, our furnace broke three weeks ago. A technician came out to our house, completely ignored Samantha when she asked if he needed anything. He then told us it would take three weeks for the parts to be delivered; side note, looks like he took the parts that were broken with him so i can't even have another HVAC company come and take a look. They also attempted to upsell me and install a new furnace, but when I opted for the repair it seemed as if the engagement with the service tech cooled. It's now three weeks +1 day, and not a single person from this company has reached out to me. I've followed up multiple times, apparently there's a field service management group (doubtful considering their lack of any sort of reply),
