Our boiler needed replacing and Mark Londer came out and surveyed the area/room and gave multiple recommendations. We had them install a new Burnham boiler. The 2 gentlemen who installed it were extremely knowledgeable about the burner and our radiant floor heating system. They finished the job in 2 days and it works marvelously. Highly recommend.

My boiler went out on New Year's Eve and they were able to get me a quote in 48 hours and scheduled. Dylan the sales rep took great care of me and offered the most competitive pricing. Josh, Colby, and Cody from the install team also did great and a clean install.

Mark's install team did a great job removing the old tank, installing the new tank, transferring oil from DOE blue barrels, and starting up the system. Eddie and Nick were very professional. No fuss, no muss, no mess !

A huge thank you to Kelly for her excellent service and attention getting my account setup and delivery scheduled . She took the time to communicate with me during a break she had during a training session she was in. And all this over a weekend on a Saturday night. I could not have asked for better service. Petro oil saved the day! As a new homeowner I am still learning when to refill the oil for my heating system. In worry about the coming storm our oil went out. I reach out to MANY places who could not guarantee they could help me until days after the snow storm. I reached out to petro though and Kelly reached out soon after via text. She worked with me for two days to get me as much help as she could. She made sure to have someone come out to get us enough to make it through the storm and set up a full fill up that will ensure we are warm. She was so helpful and was on top of everything. Jason was the tech that came help. He was so friendly and helpful and efficient. He helped me to understand my system better. I will for sure be using this company again
