I would like to express my concerns regarding a recent service experience. I have been a customer for over a year, and my oil tank is now nearly empty, raising concerns about its ability to last through the next two days. When I contacted your team, the earliest available appointment was in four days, which I accepted; however, I began to worry given the low level of oil. I also reached out regarding a service plan I purchased, which includes scheduled oil deliveries in case of emergencies when oil is low. At the time of signing up, I was informed that deliveries could be scheduled at any time, and a technician could arrive within a few hours to provide a small top-up until a larger delivery could be arranged. I have been a home heating oil delivery customer of Petro for three years. I always opt for the auto pay option as I want to avoid the aggravation of dealing with monthly billing. This year half way through the contract period, I was notified that I would have to re-enroll for auto pay as Petro had changed their auto pay service provider. Their decision to make this change should not inconvienence me as we were under contract for the heating season. Petro however continued to hound me to make the change. This is unacceptable and destroyed the auto pay convenience, I do not wish to be annoyed or contacted by them after entering into a payment agreement!

We have used Petro for years and have been provided with great service. During today's servicing of our heater and AC The Tech gave a hard sale on other products which we did not ask for. We just wanted the requested service.

Had a AC and Burner tune up and the technicians were very professional. Explained their work throughout the whole process and also provided recommendations. Satisfied.
