An incompetent rude technician broke our expensive Sub-Zero, frightened my mother, then pulled out/destroyed Sub-Zero filter parts when asked refund a failed repair fee. My mom’s Sub-Zero refrigerator had a stuck filter. A muscular Petros Appliance tech at first gently replaced the filter, BUT upon repeating the filter insertion appear to use so much force that it caused water filter connection to break - spilling water all over on the floor. The technician blamed me-a weak 5-foot women who knew forcing this filter would cause an expensive break. After the technician broke our Sub-Zero filter connection, this incompetent tech charged $599 on 2nd visit for this repair. Sorry for the long post as this was my Worst experience ever. I had called to fix my Sub Zero ice maker. Petr the tech came out 4 times; very sarcastic person very poor customer service etiquette. Requested $85 service fee on same day of evaluating what needs to be done within next few weeks he came 3 more time to no avail. At that I paid him for some parts and even gave him $20 tip. Letting me feel like a nuisance for bothering him while he was very busy. Last time he came to again fix something he did not see part of ice maker missing turned up the ice and broke that part of ice holder. I then called the office explaining this ordeal, to two different “managers”. I was told Petr and another tech will come to evaluate again. Both came and the other tech called himself only an assistant; w

Petross is an excellent company. Fast and professional service with great communication. Came out the very next day and had the best quote in town. Very easy to work with and will definitely hire them again and recommend them fully.

Our washing machine was not properly pumping water out and the drum kept filling with water. Petro was able to fix the issue within 15 minutes and the machine is now working great!

I had a great experience with Petross Appliances Repair! They repaired my refrigerator, which had suddenly stopped cooling, and did so quickly and professionally. The technician arrived on time and explained the problem clearly. The needed replacement parts were ordered and had been put in place within just over an hour. I really appreciated the transparent pricing and how courteous and respectful the technician (who happens to be the business owner) was in my home. It's hard to find reliable service these days, but I'll definitely be calling them again if anything else breaks. Highly recommend!
