This company was so wonderful to work with from beginning to end! We originally planned to have a different company install our shower door in our primary bathroom but we ran into some communication/personnel issues and we weren’t sure we were going to be happy with the finished product, so we decided to try out Petty. I’m so glad we did! The staff at Petty were very straightforward, easy to work with, timely, and we knew exactly what we were going to get with them. From the template to viewing products in the showroom to install - the process was seamless. Thanks for our beautiful new shower door- we love it! We don’t have the bathroom painted quite yet, but when we do I’ll be sure to upload pictures.

The end result is good, but they had to come back a couple times to fix leaks, glass wobbling noises, caulking cleanup, and glass alignment issues. They promptly fixed these issues. Great customer service owned by a nice family owned business with competitive pricing.

I could not be happier with how well they did as a company. From the time they did their measurements until the new shower glass was installed they were amazing. Their pricing was great, the customer service was even better. Everyone I dealt with there was far superior than the other companies I dealt with throughout my bathroom remodel. A special shoutout to Nancy who took all of my calls and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) with complete professionalism. Amazing customer service, can't explain how easy and nice everyone was to work with. Nancy was great at answering my questions and even showing me examples before Bert came out to measure and it was a smooth, quick process. The quality of our shower doors are amazing as well. Quote was very reasonable and especially since we had been waiting to have our dog shower door installed for a few years and a new bathroom basement shower. We will definitely use them again when the time comes!

It was pure fate that I happened to make a wrong turn and end up driving right by Petty Products shortly before we needed to order our shower door and panels for an unplanned remodel. Petty was excellent to work with, timely in all responses, priced fairly compared to other local companies, and delivered our glass faster than expected. Nancy communicates very well from the office, and Bert was respectful and knowledgeable on site - he even catered his final suggestions around our other bathroom hardware (and it was absolutely the right call!). We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend this company!
