Balcony waterproofing and pouring balcony concrete. After being in the Home Building Business for 30 plus years I wouldn’t use anyone else to do water proof and pouring balcony concrete. They are always professional and do an outstanding job on new construction balconies. We have never had one leak.

We built a home and this company did our balcony and every step was superb. They know their stuff! The best builders use them. They were by far the easiest and most professional company we worked with. I complained about one small part and without a pause they redid it because it was not up to their standards. Crazy impressive in comparison to other contractors. And no I do not know them personally.

Paul was so unprofessional. After being late days , finally showed, and was very arrogant and hit on my daughter(she's 16). The crew was great but Paul was a joke. If you value your home and property and want to keep your children safe, do not hire this lazy jerk!

Built many high-end homes with unique challenges and PFC always exceeded expectations! Professional and very reasonable pricing. Paul and his team are great!

PFC did a wonderful job of filling in our sunken living room. I would highly recommend this company for your concrete needs. These are great folks!
