Sean from P&G Chem-Dry did an incredible job on our carpets! It was our first time using them and we are very happy with the service and the company. Sean was on time, friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. He listened to our concerns and helped explain the process. I was especially impressed with how well he removed some stubborn stains throughout our home. Overall, our carpets dried quickly, smelled fresh, looked like new again and just looked beautiful. Debbie was very informative of the cleaning process and accommodation w/schedules. I used them twice now and both times the carpets and rug looked cleaned and new. Sean did a thorough and excellent job getting out odors and deep cleaning w/ there rotor machine! I would definitely recommend this business for your residence.

Carlos did a great and I mean great job on cleaning my disgusting grout and sealing the tiles. His prep and clean up was immaculate. He was super tolerant of my barking dogs. Would highly recommend if you are living with making you crazy dirty grout.
