I engaged Lyle and his team to inspect the pool for my house purchase, per my agent’s recommendation. They were great! Really took the time to thoroughly check everything. The report was in detail and easy to follow by someone who knows little about operate a pool like me. He also included many tips and educational materials that I could rely on later. That was last July. This past weekend, I found my Pentair pump fail to maintain pressure. In a panic, I sent Lyle a text on Sunday. He replied right away and came on Monday! I was tied up at work and he had to leave and come back to meet me. He checked the equipment and found the cause and fixed it right away! I cannot thank him enough! I would recommend his team to anyone who needs pool inspection or repair services!

Lyle is my go-to pool repair guy. He is honest and doesn't try to take advantage of folks. He's been servicing my pool since 2017. His pool school was very helpful to learn how to take care of a pool on my own.

As a TREC Licensed Professional Inspector (#21601), while I am CPO / CPI Certified, I have used Lyle McManus with PhD Pools for our pool inspections in the Woodlands area for about 8 years. There is absolutely no better pool inspector in the country than Lyle! Period! He's doing another one for us tomorrow!

The ultimate family team with a classic education in pool repair, inspection and diagnoses. It always helps that they're super intelligent and beyond helpful and friendly! They don't clean pools but they know a lot of people that do that are independent operators / owners. Do yourself a favor and get into their network!
