Phil N. Great is great, honest, and very competent. Of all the HVAC servicing companies I've dealt with, they have never tried to upsell me or convince me that I need to drop thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs, unlike some others. They show up, do the work, give me a realistic report on how the unit is operating, and then remind me when we need maintenance again. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Great experience with my technician today (Tyler or Taylor) doing my winter maintenance. Apologies I am terrible with names. This is a really great company that takes care of their customers. Very knowledgeable, prepared, and helpful. Also, of the 15 companies that I called Phil N. Great Heating & Cooling had the best price for annual maintenance contracts and offered everything their competitors offered in the contract. Would highly recommend this company for Heating and A/C needs.

My initial contact was with Bill, who assessed my system, explained to me what was wrong, my options were, answered all my questions, and let me decide. I chose to get a new system. The installation crew was on time, polite, worked consistently throughout the day, answered my questions, and cleaned up on the way out. I had to speak to Bill a couple of times, with additional questions, and he answered everything I had on my list, and made sure that I'd understood. Everyone I've interacted at Phil N. Great has been professional and helpful. Much appreciated!!
