Our heater wasn’t working so we called for a service appt. This company installed our HVAC unit in 2018 and had been out in 2023 for a repair. In a fortunate for us coincidence, our contractor was at our home before the service person arrived and diagnosed the problem as a broken motor. When the service person arrived, they went to check the system and said we needed a new motor and control panel, that one of the parts could take 8-10 business days to arrive but that they could put in an entirely new system for $7000 the next day. Our contractor was still in our house and questioned why we needed a new control panel because everything but the motor had been working when he checked it.
