Philadelphia House Painting & Historical Restoration

The third floor of our row home had two dormers in terrible condition with rotting wood needing extensive restoration (the closeup shows the extent of the damage). Jonathan and his crew repaired the parts that could be salvaged, fabricated and replaced the parts that needed complete replacement and painted the newly refurbished dormers. The results are outstanding (see the after picture of the finished dormer) and we highly recommend Philadelphia House Painting. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with, and his crew was polite, skilled and left the location immaculate.

Philadelphia House Painting did an incredible job restoring and painting our Cornice and Front door. John was very communicative about when he would arrive and depart and helped make the end result better than we could have hoped! I work in the construction industry and these guys are top notch.

We had our house and garage painted Fall 2025. There was a fair bit of wood patching and repairs needed. The work was done very well integrating the patches into the 100+ year old existing wood work. I'm pleased with the quality and attention to detail of the painting. Also the crew was friendly and tidy.

This is a top quality business and they should be the first choice for historic restoration in the Philly area. In addition to repainting our porch, restoring proper motar lines in the brick facade, and refinishing the original door, they masterfully rehabiliated the shutters that I had assumed were beyond repair. The owner has great vision for historical restoration and the crew was very courteous and professional. I would definitely work with them again.
