The consultation was detailed and thoughtful—they took time to walk through my home and offer guidance on what would be most helpful. I normally keep things organized, but with my work schedule I hadn’t had time for a proper deep clean in the new year. This company Bright touch is amazing!!! The staff and owner are so sweet, the owner Kenny really took his time explaining the process to me and worked with me , I’m so amazed by the results! Everything down to the floors is sparkling and shining!! I saw such a huge difference after they were done I was contemplating other cleaning companies but this one stood out and I’m happy I picked them! We’ve been working with Philadelphia’s Finest Cleaners for about five years now. It speaks volumes for them being our chosen vendor for this long! They are attentive, fair, and always reliable. The prices are unbeatable, and the quality of work is even better! The team is friendly and always get’s the job done. They clean our office every week, and our apartments, and it looks spotless everytime. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and that consistency is hard to find. It’s rare to find a vendor who’s this dependable and easy to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning team you can truly trust!

I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning service provided. The team was punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented in their work. They left my office spotless: shiny floors, perfectly clean bathrooms, and everything organized just the way I like it.

I would not recommend as they broke more things than they cleaned. Blinds fell off, light fixture won't turn on, shower drain seriously clogged when it wasn't before. A big issue for me is they didn't actually vacuum, only use the vacuum attachment tool to spot pick up visible debris (so no nice clean lines in the carpet). They didn't wear shoe covers and worst of all they literally stood up on my counters wearing outdoor shoes. It was gross. Cleaners did not speak English so I was unable to communicate direction or concerns. I did bring all of this up to management after but was not offered an explanation or apology. The only good thing I can say and the reason for the 2 stars is that it's affordable for so you get what you pay for and they travel very far (Metropolitan West Chester).
