Phillips Flooring Center

Phillips flooring came to my house to do a custom shower and some wood flooring, and wow did they do an excellent job! Mr. Phillips and his crew were very nice and professional, as well as worked pretty late some days to ensure we were done in time for family we had coming into town. 5 stars excellent company to work with would definitely go thru them again for more work!

Bought 160 yds of carpet from Phillips last year and asked that they seam the new bedroom carpet to the old carpet in the hallway temporarily knowing that the old carpet would be replaced this year with hardwood (budget didn’t allow for both). After the hardwood was recently installed, I called them back to terminate the bedroom carpet edge against the hardwood and I was charged an extra $150 even after I clearly discussed my plans with them last year and they said it would be covered. Although $150 isn’t much, it’s the principle that I had to pay extra for a 1 hr job that was paid for last year.

Decided it was time to cover my flooring in my kitchen and kitchenette. Visited Phillips Flooring in Rincon. Worked with Trevor to pick out an "easy to care for" product since I'm not a domestic goddess. Trevor measured and ordered the flooring. It arrived early, so installation was this week. Bill and his son Zack worked on the installation. All around a great experience! I hate change of any kind, but from the initial selection to the finished installation, Trevor, Bill and Zack made the experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

Like most people would do, I take on the job anyway know that I can count on Phillips Flooring to help me out and vice versa. All of the employees at Phillips are extremely professional, knowledgeable, on time, and very hard working. They are protected in all of the work they have done for me. They have a great show room with an enormous amount of selections and if they don't have what your looking for in the store, they go out of their way to get it for you! Shane (the owner) is a man of character. We had an issue with our floor but Shane said he would fix it and he did. Our floors look amazing. Zero complaints.
