Phillips Water Well

Mr Phillips install my residential water well 4 years ago. After Mr Phillips passed in 2024 his son Shae took over all the business. Each time I call him needing service he never returns my messages. The last time I called we were out of water for about a week. This time I called and left voicemail messages and he didn’t return my calls. We were without water for two week ends. I had to contact someone else for maintenance service. Shae just lost me as his customer.

Called them after hours and a gentleman was at my well house and fixed a small electrical issue in under half an hour. It’s hard to find after hours service that fast in any industry!

My husband initially spoke to Shea and got a reasonable estimate and a timeframe of two weeks. Dan, my husband, tried to call back to follow up and his calls were unanswered and not returned. I called the head of the company and was insured they would call him back, no calls. I called again today and the owner acted like he knew nothing about it. When I mentioned bad reviews he told me he didn’t care! His company just lost several thousands in work, maybe he will care now! I doubt it.

They charged me $8,400 for a iron filled smelly well that I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks and Shea will not respond to any of my phone calls. I can't get ahold of them to ask them what other areas that we can go to resolve this problem. I've spent $500 on a filtering system that should have been done and evaluated by the water well people.
