Sears Appliance Repair

Isaac was great in all aspects of his fixing our drain pump on our washer. Called when he was on his way. Knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. Got to it, ordered the part, came back 1 day later and within 15 minutes he was done and my washer was working like a charm again. Isaac was very professional, explained things to me in a manner, which I understood. Cleaned up after the washer was fixed and made sure the washer was working properly before he left. He is definitely a keeper and I truly love my Sears Home Service Home Warranty. Excellent Job, Isaac.

Lee was knowledgeable and kind. He knew what to do and got to work as soon as he got to my home. There was a lot to my repair, however, Lee made it seem less. Customer service was perfect. Thank you, Lee!

Dean was great and was able to repair my washer/dryer combo, although he was very skeptical at first and thought he needed a helper and wasn’t sure he knew exactly how to go about it. The fact that it took 5 scheduled repair appointments to get a service tech and parts to my house at the same time was very frustrating. Only being able to speak/chat with an AI assistant when the issues arose was even more frustrating. There needs to be an option to speak to a human.

Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He worked very efficiently and had my refrigerator up and running in a short amount of time.
