Joe and his team showed up and did a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous about buying this kind of door--such a thing was well outside my experience--but POD made it super-easy. They took care of everything, and I always new what the next step was and when it was happening. Would definitely recommend.

Garage door opener would not work. Kevin from POD came out on time and was very professional. Finished in a very timely manner and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Definitely recommend POD and will use them again if and when I need them!!!

This has been extremely unpleasant experience I do not recommend phylly overhead doors company to anyone Even if your life is dependant on it If you're making the choice between Philly overhead doors and the other company please take that other company Even if they are your blood enemies. The door broke down within 3 months from installation mind you we are in the construction phase so we probably use the door 10 times in total And Philly overhead doors wanted to charge for coming out and fixing the door as it was an emergency service. While the door and the labor is warranty for a year And it's not the only problem. During installation.
