Passionate, empathetic and an expert at ascending a very precarious 30 foot birch tree to rescue my beloved feline, Jim was careful, professional and clearly experienced in these types of situations. We had a wonderful experience with Jim and his team! They removed a large spruce tree from our yard that had a fungus. Jim responded promptly to our inquiry, answered all of our questions thoughtfully, and was communicative throughout the process. He was able to fit us in much sooner than we expected, and his team showed up right on time. Jim and his team were friendly and professional. They got to work immediately and worked efficiently. They cleaned up the area as they worked and left our yard pristine. We are so relieved to have the giant tree removed safely as it was close to our home, our neighbor's home, and a busy intersection! We are at a loss to describe the genuine, sincere and caring from Jim. It was brought to our attention that a young cat, less than a year old cat had climbed more than 40 feet up a tree. Despite calls to the local fire department, animal control, SPCA, local TV stations, we were at a loss how to save this kitten.We anguished seeing this kitten, crying, stranded in cold weather, being bounced around on a narrow limb from high winds, with no food, water or ability to shelter for 3 days. Of the dozens of calls we made, Jim responded and despite being late in day, arrived as promised. Naively, I expected to see ladders and other equipment. Jim and his crew are great. They are professional, courteous, friendly and clean. They did a great job with trimming trees and hedge removal. Pricing was reasonable. When a few stumps remained after the hedge removal, Jim sent a crew member out the next day to quickly remedy the situation. Will definitely use them again for future projects and I would recommend them to anyone seeking professional arborist services.
