The Philly Strong team hauled away construction debris, picked apart our soggy old shed, by hand, without damaging anything it was attached to, and dug up the slab underneath. Emilio is a great communicator who listened to what was important and made it happen, who clearly knows and respects the work and his team. The property is *an antique* and in need of carefulness - these guys know what they're doing and how to achieve a good outcome. I will hire Philly Strong again for their nigh-on surgical removal work, prompt and cost effective debris hauling, and capacity for communication throughout.

We hired Emilio and his team to remove two thick areas of concrete from our backyard. He was quick to come out for an estimate, his price was fair, and his team was able to start work within a few days. We were quoted 2 days, but they got the job done in just about a day and a half. When there was 6 inches of gravel found underneath the concrete, Emilio was communicative regarding our options and any needed changes.

Correspondence and payment were straightforward and professional. After the work was complete, there was no sign of demolition: no dust, no footprints...nothing. The team left the house immaculate. Philly Strong did an amazing job! We had them demolish and haul an entire concrete block wall in our basement. Start to finish they were here for 5 hours and left the place clean of any and all debris and dust. Emilio and his team are very communicative, prompt, professional, and safe.
