5 star company. I had an issue with the installation of my stair railing installed by another contractor. I called the installation contractor sorry to say they lied to me about the installation they did. After no success in having them repair there installation. I had no choice to turn to calling the manufacturer. On my behalf the manufacturer contacted Phoenix manufacturing. Who provided the material to the contractor I used for the installation. I had talked to Jennifer the CEO of phoenix manufacture. And criss phoenix manufacture supervisor both of them worked with me to rectify the failed contractors installation. And they sent another contractor to correct the issue. He spent less than a hour fixing the issue AT NO COST! This is the most responsible company I’ve seen in a long time.

Their customer service is incredible. Wish more companies had customer service like Phoenix. When you call you get someone immediately who will help you out and they even came to our house to provide guidance. The railings are absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. The representative liz (Elizabeth) helped me work through all my issues and made the experience of installing railings great. Be careful of 45° angles. Please read the instructions and search the web for advice. Suppose to be in a 22.5°

I called looking for some small replacement plastic plugs and talked with the nicest woman. When I told her that all I needed was a few of the pieces, she simply mailed them out to me no charge to eliminate any hassle trying to purchase such a small quantity. What a wonderful company who just happens to have a fantastic PVC railing product.
