I went in to Phoenix precast the other day and spoke with Elena . I went there looking for planters for my front yard, the sales girl didn't even know much about the product, she had to ask another sales guy. She was very rude with me . Horrible customer service at this place . She seemed like she didn't want to deal with me & was rushing me out. I will never return to this place. Go to " plant stand of Arizona " or "moon valley nurseries " instead.

They make a good product, but they are terrible at unloading incoming product. I've sat here in the past with a load of rebar for 6 hrs. Now I charge an additional $500 to haul into Phoenix. We dont buy $150,000 worth of equipment to sit in parking lots, we do it to make money..

Absolutely amazing experience. Had an old set of concrete stairs decay and crumble pretty quickly without much warning. Called phoenix and spoke to Pat and said the new stairs would take about a week. Called me an hour later and found he had a set that would work already cast in stock and could install the next day. Pricing was fair, the quality is top notch, removal of the old stairs was done and the site was left clean and tidy. As a consumer and not a commercial buyer I thought I may be considered small potatoes, but I am beyond satisfied with the product, service and pricing. If I ever need anything cast concrete again phoenix will be my only choice.
