Phoenix Property Services has provided Matterport photography for several of our properties that our company has sold. The Matterport technology that was performed by Scott Guthrie allows buyers to walk through the home without being there. A floorplan can also be provided with measurements of each room so buyers can see how see how their furniture can be placed. Scott is responsive and professional and knows how to use this latest technology to provide buyers a thorough view of the home.
As a Com. Licensed GC, Phoenix Property Services are a key asset to my operations. The professional estimates and information services are always excellent. Scott is very resourceful and knowledgeable.
