Jon and his team were professional from the quote right through the completion of the job. On time , thorough and neat which matters when they are working in the middle of your house. The couple small adjustments that needed to be made after cabinets were installed were handled promptly . Great job by Phoenix.

Our deck was falling apart with my husband having to replace wood annually with rotting lumber and in our very rainy climate used during a limited window during the year. Jon and his team had already worked to construct a covered area for my parent’s house and when we loved it and wanted to do something similar he was able to execute on that vision and make it unique so much so that it looks like it was originally part of the house with the same attention to detail for the architecture of our house. Jon is extremely busy so we feel fortunate we were able to get fit into his schedule. He and his team (Anthony and Joshua) are so thoughtful with their attention to detail and he was able to not only complete the project on time but also within budget. John and his team were fantastic to work with! I’ve had several major remodels done over the years with different companies and the biggest pain point I normally run into is around communication. John’s team stands apart here. They were consistent, clear and easy to stay tied in with on progress, planning and updates. Remodels are always disruptive and challenging. TL/DR version: On time, on budget, great communication, amazing quality work, makes us (many times) repeat customers. I have been working with Phoenix Remodeling since 2017 when they helped us deal with a flood and a full bathroom remodel (it still looks amazing.) Since then, Jon and his team have come out for a variety of jobs including landscaping (complete with retaining walls, stairs, rock features, patio, and pergola,) another bathroom revamp, adding French drains outside, and other various work. He has done 3 major projects for us and 4 minor ones and in each case the work has been done when he said it would be done and on budget.
