We used Allstate Roofing on our old house and they did an amazing job so it was a no brainer to call them again to repair or replace our new homes’ roof which was leaking from a few bedrooms. Brad came out and showed us all the issues and we figured out that a repair was out of the question so we decided to do the same thing at this house by stripping the flat and sloped roof down to the bare structure, replacing all of the rotten plywood, using SBS membrane, radiant barrier insulation, battens, concrete flat tiles and the six compromised sky lights, with new ones. The sky lights even have motorized shades which is a benefit on those hot days and they work great. It was not an inexpensive job since we chose to use top of the line products. Before choosing them, I conducted extensive research on licensed, bonded, and insured roofing companies with BBB A+ ratings. My search narrowed down to three, and while AllState’s pricing wasn’t the lowest (nor the highest), their bid details, responsiveness, timelines, warranties, and team structure far surpassed the competition. Their in-office administrators, Samantha and Hailey, were outstanding—professional, easy to communicate with, and consistently prompt in responding to my inquiries. The AllState Roofing team itself was efficient, cohesive, and clearly experienced. Upon purchasing my home, I was able to seamlessly work with AllState to transfer the warranty as they walked me through the steps. They were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Recently, I had some broken tiles on that home and I called AllState to inquire about the process. After some initial dialouge, it was determined that there would be a fee associated with the replacement of those tiles. I came back looking for additional clarification on that warranty and since solar was added post roofing install, there were some wrinkles that had to accounted for.
