Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as we found this parking garage to be just what we needed. It was close to our hotel (3 min walk) and the hotel wanted to charge $70 per day for valet so $80 with tip. PI Alley was only $28. Just scan QR code when entering and leaving. They clearly stated that you can't go in and out during the stay. As noted on other reviews it is a bit tight so may be challenging for large trucks and suv’s. We would certainly recommend.

I parked my car in this paid garage, and while it was there, it was hit by an unknown person who fled. When I spoke to the security staff, I found out there were no cameras to review the incident, and they told me to contact the manager tomorrow before 3:00 pm , which made things more difficult for me. I believe this place needs to improve its safety and surveillance measures.

I parked at this garage for a little under two hours, and the cost ended up being $43—much more than I expected. The attendant at the entrance was rude, and it took me over five minutes just to find the exit after paying. Because of that delay, they charged me an additional $12. The older gentleman at the exit gate was also rude and dismissive. Be warned: if you stay longer than 5 minutes after paying—even if you’re just trying to locate the exit—they will charge you again. This policy is not clearly posted, and it feels like a scam. Please be careful if you park here.

Complete scam of a place. We had validated parking from our hotel. The garage's card machines "weren't reading" validated tickets. The charge inside was $26, we were told to go to the attendant who would be able to honor our validated parking. Great. We get in our car, promptly head down to the attendant who charges us $27. He claimed to be the supervisor and that he "never makes mistake". Completely rude jerk who was definitely scamming us. Park anywhere but this dump, unless you enjoy being scammed.
