Piazza Plumbing Company

Would have gave zero stars. Called them back on they mess up. And they denied it. They don’t come out to face up to what they messed up. When the guy did come he said he did the job but still denied the damage. It Caused water damage to the inside of my house because they cut a pipe to my French drain. I would NOT recommend THESE liars. I’m happy I didn’t pay for that job but I have to pay for the messed up damages they caused. I wasn’t asking for anything from them just wanted to show them what they did. He got rude with me I just wanted to prove a point to the blonde curly head guy that didn’t wear a name badge. But the damages I could have done to him on my property!

This is the 3rd time we've needed a plumber since moving to our new (old) house. We've called Piazza each time and could not be more pleased with their service. Their work ethic is excellent. Their rates are very competitive with no surprises at the end of the job. They are punctual, professional and extremely hard working. We highly recommend Piazza for your plumbing needs.

I do not recommend using Piazza Plumbing. If you must, hold them accountable to being transparent so there are no additional $1900.00 surprises. They were given clear instruction by the customer on a concentrated leak in the home. The original recommendation from Piazza was to replace all the piping?? The homeowner says let’s start with the least costly option and address the leak directly. He brought in another company to cut into plaster in various places throughout the home away from where he was directed, only to realize that the leak is exactly where the homeowner stated. No invoice or estimate was provided until the work was done, which led to 2 separate bills. The second company Piazza brought in charged 1900.00 to cut and replace small areas of plaster with drywall in areas that we

I called for a gas emergency that would affect thousands of dollars in revenue for a large well known retailer as we are the management company. Piazza is a family owned business and I spoke with John Piazza the father who referred me to his son. Without much ado and despite a booked solid schedule, the son dropped everything and met the town onsite and stayed for many hours going above and beyond to restore the gas to the store. This company didn't know me at all and yet went above and beyond. I received my bill this morning and I was, yet again, pleasantly surprised. It was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a great plumber and a good family to work with. As you can tell, I can't say enough.

It is so good to know you still have hard-working technicians/companies around that are more concerned with diagnosing/fixing the problem than fattening their wallet. After waiting for several days for 3 other companies to NOT show up since Friday this company, Piazza Plumbing arrived the same day, quickly diagnosed, and made the repair! I’m so happy (and GRATEFUL) for Jessica, Johnny, and Brennen! Thank you ALL and I highly recommend them!!!
