From demo to reno the final to the final WOW cleaning by Helena, Steve and his team were top notch! His attention to every detail of the construction of our addition and his skill at handling the often challenging aspects of a renovation of our old, neglected house went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. He was a great manager of the entire project, a wonderful communicator and an expert craftsman/carpenter. He kept to both the timeline and budget - even with old house and mother nature hiccups. There are not enough superlatives to explain how wonderful Steve and his team were. Can't wait to work with him again!

Steve and his team are amazing. Hired to do a complete remodel of our bathroom. From quote to completion I have only great things to say. Great communication, understanding when we added or changed features, really went above and beyond to make us happy. Managed the project when the key decision maker wasn’t as available as we would have liked. Best professional we have hired hands down. Bathroom remodel included relocating the shower and sink, tearing down to the studs, insulating the floor, custom tile shower, new electrical elements and more. He worked with our less than timely suppliers without a single complaint. I’ll absolutely be using Pickering for our upcoming kitchen remodel!

Steve's team have done a few projects for us. They replaced our downstairs windows. Replaced the supports and railings for our porch roof, redid the bathroom vanity and floor, replaced our front door and garage doors, and painted our porch and several rooms All the work has been excellent quality and done on time. Steve's easy to work with and makes sure he gives you what you want. He's the first person I call when I have a project.

Steve Pickering is a very reliable, fair priced contractor. He makes every effort to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction and will explain clearly what is involved for your project to be done right. Steve updated all three bathrooms, replaced outdoor siding and installed a railing on our front porch. Always happy with his work. We will miss him now that we are relocating out of state.
