Great experience. Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff. My new go-to place for plumbing supplies, especially for difficult-to-find parts, like the 2.5" cleanout plug I needed to finish a job, that none of the general seemed to have.

Go in the side door on the left looking at the building. wait your turning line. These guys will help you out. They’re great. Got everything I needed was able to get out fairly quick.

Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable. They also are the ones that have the hard to find, speciality materials/valves fittings ect.

They helped me with a funky one that 4 previous stores couldn’t help with, to take a faucet hose adapter down to a 3/8 compression fit and literally saved my day. Wasn’t really sure they even did retail selling but the gentleman helped me with two obscure pieces that the other stores didn’t have and created a solution for me. We tested the water and plumbing today and it worked perfectly for our kitchen and I can’t thank them enough.
