Piedmont Facilities Management has been a great team to work with over the past few years. They are incredibly responsive and quick to action when we need their help with a wide variety of projects! Brad is super helpful and I have enjoyed working with him to keep our house in the best shape.

Piedmont Facilities Management is the vendor for where I'm currently living. I give them 5 stars for timely fixing a plumbing issue I was having and taking good care of the space. Turns out some of the items under the sinks needed to be removed to access the pipes and these items were neatly put away to make way for work. I'm very satisfied with how the maintenance request turned out.

I have used Piedmont Facilities Management for the past 4 years. The have helped me in keeping our 7,000 square ft. historic property in ship shape. Professional, friendly and courteous always. They do wonderful work as efficiently and economically as possible. Most important to me is that I can trust them without any worries. They are honest and have the upmost intregity in business.
