Piepho Moving & Storage

We hired Piepho to pack & move belongings 1.5 miles. We tried to stay out of the way of the 3 man crew working in a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom apartment . We were expected to ask for a walk through before going to the new address. The workers loaded the truck while we were outside the building watching. All of a sudden they drove away. We went to the new address to let them in. When we returned to the old apartment to clean, we found multiple items not packed or moved. Janet, the coordinator, claimed it was our fault since we didn't ask for a walk through. The charge to move 1.5 miles was $2400+. No money was refunded for the things we had to move. This was our 2nd and last move hiring Piepho. We recommend Two Men & a Truck. The photos are some of the "forgotten" items.

We are a retired couple that hired Piepho for a move of about 100 miles. The crew of three were on time, pleasant, and really good at what they do. Both loading and unloading took place without any problems. I’d highly recommend Piepho to anyone looking for a moving company.

Piepho Moving was awesome! From the initial appointment to picking up boxes after our move, they were friendly, professional and helpful! Fran was very helpful and prompt in providing the bid which was done in person. The movers were professional and courteous! The attention to detail was outstanding! They even made sure we had room to recline from both the couch and love seat before they left. They were very careful with our furniture. I received a phone call the day before the move to see if I had any questions and another phone call after the move to see if everything went well!

We needed to move my dad quickly into memory care. The team came on short notice and were very professional. Took careful care of everything even though we were moving rooms in the same building. I would call them again in a heartbeat if I needed movers.
