AVOID IT! Deceptive information. At the entrance next to the ticket machine they have this price rates (see image), but on weekends they use a different flat price of $27 that it is in a sign on the street outside the parking, and is NOT clear that the $27 rate is flat and the other rates are not valid! In the regular rates sign they also do not have a restriction like “Only week days”, so it is confusing and deceptive. They obviously do NOT honor the price that is in the sign near the ticket machine, so they do not deserve people going there to be scammed.

Do not use ParkaWhiz for the $18. Tried scanning the QR code and it came up as "Invalid". Total scam to get you to the entrance only to make you feel too awkward to back out.

We used ParkWhiz app to park at 4:30pm, pre-paying our $18. Upon leaving at 6:45 the scanner would not accept our pass. We asked for help. The attendant claimed that “all our spots for the app were filled. You will be refunded your payment. So you have to pay to leave.” $42 later we left and this fraudulent scam is in full swing. We will dispute both charges on our credit cards.

Parking isn't great but it's a decent place for brunch

The location is very good for restaurants located near the water. However, they don’t honor reservations made online and you have to pay extra to park with a ticket.
