I called Pierce Garage Doors yesterday afternoon. Juan gave me very competitive pricing over the phone, and said he's generally available to install either same day or next day. I called him back a few hours later at around 5pm, and scheduled the install for next afternoon. Juan told me he'd be here between noon and 1pm, and arrived about 12:10 pm. He was courteous and pleasant, performed a nice clean installation, and was all wrapped up by about 1:30 pm. Can’t get better. I simply couldn't be more happy! Whenever I need anything related to garage doors again, I know exactly who to call. I'd recommend Juan in a heartbeat.

Found out my spring had broken on my garage door and during further review, found four hinges that were cracked and needed to be replaced. That saved me a lot of headaches in the long run. Al got everything repaired and back in order within the hour and I was able to keep my schedule. Great job and honest pricing.

My springs broke today and when he realized I wouldn't be available the following day Pierce Garage Doors made it happen that night after 6pm. Even though tech had made an exception and came on a Saturday night, he took the time to balance, tighten every screw and lubricate everything. Highly recommended!!!
