So impressed with the conversation that I had today Michelle at Pierce Materials Within 10 minutes after dealing with other companies and leaving voice messages that have never been returned, she did such a marvelous job answering every question That's what customer service is all about It's all about interaction So thank you Michelle You now have a customer on my project for Mangorock

2 years in a row we bought a load of soil for our yard (trying to grow grass in different areas). It is now safe to say this is not a good provider. First year not even weeds grew. Last year some weeds did grow but still not the grass. They are nice to the customer but need to work on listening to what the customer needs and provide good product.

I did talk to a very nice lady. However I asked many times if the organic top soil was for vegetables and gardening and that I can just use this for my gardening . I also asked if I needed potting soil and I was told I did not . The truck did come and it was just dirt, trash and bunch of sticks and huge sticks. I did call back and told them that I can’t use this and would like a refund back. They did not believe there was trash in the dirt . I sent pictures and about 4 emails . I have not heard back from them. I also left voicemail and here are two weeks later still no call back or refund and now I’m stuck with dirt I can’t use . I don’t recommend this place . My husband had done landscaping over 15 years and now’s dirt and potting soil and he even said this company definitely scam us and

We had a 200 ft plus driveway put in. They did an incredible job for us . Kept us posted the whole time on deliveries and spreading it out. We were so happy with the work and price we had them come back to add some additional parking for us. Cole ,Doug and their team were amazing. Great communication the whole time.

Cole and his team provided excellent service while adding materials to level our backyard and parking area. Before beginning the project, Cole and Doug (operator) conducted an on-site assessment and offered valuable recommendations regarding the existing conditions. The material delivery and spreading process was handled efficiently and met our expectations. We are highly satisfied with the outcome and would confidently recommend their services!
