As another reviewer mentioned, I was recommended Pierce for emergency situation with a backup concern. Confirmed on web before reaching out that they provide emergency service. Wanting to support a local business I called and left message that was detailed with my location which for reference is less than a couple miles from their shop. Currently at 36 hours from my reaching out to their answering machine to when I’m leaving this review with no attempt of call back. Be advised that if you call their number it is set up for you to answer you’re not a solicitor, which I confirmed to make sure there was no confusion because my mobile number is an out of state number. They were recommended by my usual plumber for roto-rooting; kind of an emergency when you can't run water due to back up. I called 2x, left message with my name, phone number, service needed and NEVER received a return call. I can understand if they are booked up and canNOT do the job..... but, what about the courtesy of a call stating this; POOR customer service!
