I wish I could rate this company higher than 5 stars! We had Pile come out last week to pump our tank and the tech went above and beyond helping us figure out where a clog was as well. He even helped us dig and remove the lid. He was amazing (wish I remembered his name)! We also used this company 4 years ago after first calling another local company to do our move in pump. The other company lied to us and tried to tell us we'd need an excavator to dig up the lid of our septic saying it was over 3' down (we were buying the house from another state and were not here during this). What the other company was telling us didn't sound correct, so I called Pile for a second opinion. They came out and hand dug it in 5 mins - it was only about 18" down. Appreciate Pile not trying to take advantage

Pile is our go-to septic service. Very responsive and friendly. Their equipment is very clean and professional. We use them every 3 years.

Saw your tanker truck leaving the waste management facility off of Elliott parkway, that stop sign is law not a suggestion and you rolled right on through it with no attempt whatsoever to stop.
