Nick and Guy were very professional and did an excellent job with the replacement of our entire ejector pump and the basin that was embedded in the concrete slab. They kept a positive attitude through some tough work which involved concrete chipping, installing the new basin in new concrete, and dealing with the unpleasant odors of the ejector pump replacement. They went above and beyond to finish the job in the same day, even staying late and cleaning everything up well! They protected our carpets during the project and wore protective foot covers. The office also did a great job of sending me a photo of Nick and their van before they arrived, and they sent me photos of the in-progress and completed work. Great job Full Swing!

During one of the coldest snaps of the last few years, our furnace decided it had enough and was time to retire. Full Swing (Klark) came out to diagnose and see if we could convince it to hang on, but to no avail. It was time for a new boiler. A week later, Dana was there removing the old system and putting in our new more efficient boiler. By that night, we were up and running with hear and merriment restored! If course, Full Swing didn't let us go cold, they helped us set up space heaters to ensure we were comfortable and make sure frozen pipes didn't add to the list.
