While parking availability is ample, the spaces are notably constrained. Attendant services are not available 24 hours. Following a 16-hour shift at Beth Israel, concluding around midnight, I encountered an absence of attendant assistance. My call to the customer service number provided on-screen was met with an unhelpful and discourteous representative. Typically, my on-duty parking is complimentary, with exit facilitated after a call to customer service. On this occasion, the representative refused assistance and denied my exit. With no alternative support available, I was compelled to pay out-of-pocket, and unfortunately, no receipt was issued for reimbursement from my agency.

Giving it 1 star because I cannot give lower stars. This is a horrid parking garage. There was no attendant at all. And After having paid at the self serve machine and getting the exit ticket. The machine at the exit said "Sorry we are closed" How can a self service exit ticket machine be closed? I was essentially locked in. Note I was in 3am ET and left at 630am ET. A kindly monthly pass person let me out. I was 5 seconds from calling 911 to get me out. After being in ER for pretty much most of the night this was a total disgrace of a garage. MEDICAL Area! Get your act together!!

Easy ticketing, has always had empty spots for now. Prices are OK, can validate if parked > 2 hours.

Attended 24 hours/day by friendly, competent staff. Reasonably clean and reasonably priced, as far as Boston parking garages go. Walk up to pay only. I've always been given a receipt.

It's a parking garage. It has parking spaces for cars. When you park your car, you can leave it there for a while and come back later to get your car. The operator of the parking garage will ask you to pay them some money based on how long you left your car there. I paid using either cash or a credit card, as I don't expect they accept cryptocurrencies for any form of barter. I didn't see any spiders in the garage, nor did I see any dragons or garden gnomes. The attendant's booth is enclosed so I was unable to arm-wrestle the attendant for a discount.
