I cannot recommend Doug enough! We used him for two home inspections and thank goodness we did. I’ve heard of other inspections being 30 minutes in and out, but Doug takes the time to explain every positive and negative discovery as he walks through the home. I highly recommend walking with Doug as he has many many insights on how you will be taking care of your new home and best practices. He has many years of experience in building homes and it shows in his thorough understanding and explanations. Working with people like Doug makes life much easier!
