I've been using Serenity for 4 months now and definitely recommend their services. Communication is top notch over text messages, there are no surprises, and I have encountered no issues when needing to reschedule or contact the office. The service is well worth it to me and the entire process is simple and effective. The website/dashboard works great and makes the whole experience a breeze and part of my routine. Brooke and Evelynn are always on time, friendly, communicative, respectful of the home, and performance meets expectations. They've worked around frequent small renovations and are pleasant to have in my home. It's so nice to have a consistent schedule with familiar faces and a high level of reliability. The house feels amazing and organized afterwards.

My first experience today with Serenity Cleaning was OUTSTANDING!! My cleaner, Rebecca was a true professional. She asked me relevant questions as to what my needs and expectations are as it pertains to her cleaning responsibilities. She listened, asked for feedback as to how she was doing along the way, and was very opened minded if/when I spoke with her. She cleaned my home as if it was hers (as she told me she would) and my wife and I were very, very, happy with the final results. We will be using Serenity Cleaning in going forward without question!

Super easy to schedule and thorough! Was my first time working with them, they walked through what was needed prior to the first appointment. The person that arrived was prompt, walked through everything that was scheduled and did great work. We plan on using Serenity Clean regularly going forward.

My cleaner who single‑handedly tackled my entire first floor and did an amazing job. She was incredibly detail‑oriented, kept digging in until everything was spotless, and even finished winding up my sweeper and putting my clean supplies away.
