Inspector “Scott” was very knowledgeable and the consummate professional. He advised and educated us on the tools used, and the many aspects of the inspection. He was extremely patient, kind, and supportive as we followed him around asking A LOT of questions throughout the inspection. His reports are extremely thorough, organized, very well-written, and clear, allowing us to trust that we had all the important data to make an extremely informed decision about our purchase. He was a real pleasure to work with, and feel completely confident to HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I needed a home inspection for a house we were purchasing in NJ and hired Scott and his team to perform the inspection. I had a feeling that some things weren't as they seemed, and Pillar to Post confirmed that there were structural, roof and other issues with the home. Scott recommended that I call a structural engineer, and they confirmed that the house was indeed about to crumble. The sellers did not disclose this information, so Scott really saved my behind with this one! Scott also took the time to explain issues and non-issues as he did the home inspection. I really appreciated that as a first time home buyer. The report was finished quickly, and really went into detail about the entire property in a way that was easy to understand.
