I recently had the pleasure of working with Union Heat, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and quality they delivered. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, everything was smooth, timely, and straightforward. Our technician, Hector, was absolutely outstanding. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the HVAC issue, and explained everything in a clear and friendly way. His workmanship was excellent, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure the system was running safely and efficiently. He went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done correctly and even offered helpful tips for maintaining our unit long-term.

We have an older home and a steam boiler heat system. Hector came out the same day as my request, was very informative and taught me more about our system than any other previous service or repair company. I appreciate his motto to attempt to fix what you have first before flat out telling you to replace it. Will definitely call Hector again for our future HVAC needs!

Another vote for Union Heat, Hector and Crew. I’m a property guy and work with various Contractors fairly regularly; I’ve experienced the good, bad and ugly. Hector and Crew installed two heating systems at two separate locations of mine. I found their work to be: professional, priced reasonably, thorough, on time and on-budget. Hector offered direction, efficiency recommendations, equipment choices and labor savings throughout. The crew were friendly, experienced and focused. I’m sure we’ll be doing business again soon. 👍🏼

I would not recommend this company, Hector a technician came to my home. I feel was scammed by him. He came out and evaluated my furnace. He said it could possibly be a few things after further eval he said it needed a cleaning and the fee would be $450 for him to do a cleaning on my furnace, consisting only of blowing air . After the cleaning he told me I was all set and all other diagnostic test came back negative . A few hours later my heat began blowing cold air again I called back. He asked me to simply wait and give the furnace time. I called again the next day and he said that he needed to charge me to come back out to re- evaluate although he was just here the other day before. Then proceeded to ask me how much I'm willing to pay for repairs ? I thought what repairs the day befor

We had our furnace die on the coldest day of the year and Union Heat came the same day. They were easy to communicate with and did what they said they were going to do. And they did it on time with no surprises or extra charges. We were back in our house within 3 days. Amazing service and high quality work.
