Pillar To Post Home Inspectors - The Goble Team

I was very happy with the Pillar To Post home inspection because it was thorough, professional, and clearly explained. The inspector, Barry Baker, took the time to walk me through the findings, pointed out what truly mattered versus minor maintenance items, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The report was detailed and well organized, and it gave me real peace of mind about the condition of the home and what to expect moving forward.

Inspection was thorough and personnel explained everything to us as we went along including providing recommendations for any remedial measures needed. Courteous, prompt, and reports easily understandable and available online so it could be easily transmitted to other interested parties such as attorney and seller's realtor. Inspections included checking the roof which many other firms do not include.

Would never recommend. Sent out Barry whose title is "certified pool operator" to look at our bulkhead for a buyer, he spent 15 minutes and took some photos. Wes the owner of the team then came up with his own calculations implying the entire bulkhead needed replacement, ultimately killing the whole Real Estate Transaction. We had 5 Bulkhead/Marine Contractors already inspect along with a pre-inspection. This company should not be doing anything out of their scope of home inspections, which based on most of the reviews should'nt even be that.

Wes and his team of skilled inspectors were on time and thorough. They were respectful of the sellers property and left "no stone unturned". The final inspection report was amazing with detailed explanations and photos. Highly recommend!
