It was a great experience having Pilot Mechanical install a new furnace from start to finish. Rob and Landon arrived on time, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. I’ve used Pilot now three times in the last few years. Once to install a new air-conditioning unit, another time to repair cords that were chewed off the unit by rodents, and today to install a new furnace.
