Adam was great. Took the time to trouble shoot a tricky clog. He did not leave untill the problem was fixed even though it took much longer than expected. Left bathroom clean, fair price, freindly guy. 5 stars.

Adam, service technician, and Seth, owner, were both great. Everyone was on time and finished up quicker than expected. Project was left clean and completed for a very fair price.

Prompt and thorough service! Adam and Alfredo came out to check an issue I’ve had with my dishwasher either not getting enough water or not draining correctly. Because they were able to quickly verify that all the hoses were clear, there were no issues from a plumbing standpoint, and because I had mentioned it was an ongoing issue across two different dishwashers, Adam graciously waived the service charge. So very kind and generous! I will definitely be calling Pilot Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing need!

Amazing company.. had an emergency and they showed up really fast. The nicest guy showed up I believe his name was Ryan ,and made us feel very comfortable was very knowledgeable definitely recommend these guys and will be using them permanently going forward.

I signed a contract and then waited a week and never heard back from them. I called and they scheduled the needed service for a week later. On the day they were supposed to arrive they called and said they could not make it and suggested I looked for another plumber because they would be busy all week. Update to you. Yes it was a prescheduled appointment so you stated you would complete the work. You did not offer to reschedule and stated I needed to find another plumber. Weather happens and we we should have been rescheduled instead of telling me I need to find someone else because you would be busy all week.
